  1. Scheduling: Only homeowners or property managers may schedule service appointments. This ensures we have the authority to perform work and approve repairs.

  2. Presence During Service: An adult (18+) who is a decision-maker must be present for the appointment. This allows us to discuss repairs, approve work, and ensure clear communication.

  3. No Work in Rain: For the safety of our technicians and to prevent damage to your property or equipment, outdoor HVAC work will not be performed during rain or severe weather.

  4. Pets: All dogs and other pets must be secured or put away, regardless of size or temperament, to maintain a safe work environment.

  5. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service.

  6. Appointments & Payment: Please be ready during your scheduled service window. Payment is due upon completion; we accept cash, credit, and approved financing options.

  7. Warranty & Quality: We stand behind our work. All repairs come with a workmanship guarantee, in addition to any manufacturer warranties.

  8. Exclusive Service & Diagnostics: We do not accept diagnostics or repair assessments from other companies. Each customer must go through our technicians for the full service, as we stand behind our work and guarantee the quality of all repairs and installations.
