Danny -Owner/ Operator
Special Forces Army Veteran with over 20+ years of individual experience in heating & cooling. He has experience in both commercial & residential HVAC. 8 years of that experience running his own company. Danny brings more than just technical knowledge to Beard Bros. His attention to detail combined with true care for customers brings a unique perspective. He is honest and straight forward. He does the best he can for all his customers treating them like family. He also invests a significant amount of time and energy training and mentoring the staff at Beard Bros. It is a labor of love to instill confidence and reliability in our staff.
Stephanie- Operations
Has been with the company going on 7 years. History with the company has been one of detail-oriented customer service. Making every transaction as successful to the best of her ability. Working both behind the scenes and in operations as a multifaceted team player to make things work for both customers and staff. Whether it is pulling permits, billing, inventory, procurement, or general inquiries. Stephanie will do her best to find an answer or solution for her customers and clients.
She has been integral in growing and shaping the structure of the company.
Harrison-Lead Technician
Harrison is one of our seasoned technicians we have trained from the beginning of his career in HVAC. He is honest loyal coming to us from Sandhills community college. He brings a unique detailed orientated nature. He is honest, hardworking, and reliable. Harrison is an excellent technician with a great future ahead of him.
John -Technician
John is beginning his career in HVAC after another career in customer service. He has completed the HVAC program at FTCC. He brings excellent personality and people skills to the team. He is always a team player, punctual, and with the best personality no matter how hot the attics or cold the crawlspaces. John brings positivity to the table on any job site he walks on to. He is an excellent asset to our install crew and our team.
Caleb-Technician
Comes to us from FTCC completing 2 years in their HVAC program. Originally coming in as an apprentice. Caleb is extremely honest and hardworking. Caleb has an excellent head on his shoulders and has really spent time honing his skills. He has a bright future ahead of him utilizing his leadership skills at Beard Bros.
Liam -Technician
Liam comes to us from the FTCC program. Locally raised
Ravonda-Office Administration
They broke the mold with Ravonda. She is one of a kind. She is amazing honest, kind, and detail orientated. She keeps everyone straight. From the junior technicians to the office staff. Office could not run as efficiently as it does without her.
