How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or give our office a call. Our friendly office staff will start you a work order and get your availability for service.

What makes you different?

Just like there are a ton of Carolina HVAC companies all similar in name. Our people are what make us different.

We do not have a million vans or technicians. We do not piece mill our work to subcontractor.

We know our customers we know our employees, and our customers know us. We stand behind our work, we are honest, and straight forward.

Do you offer discounts?

We do not offer any discounts. Many companies increase their prices to accommodate their “discounts”. We price the work we do fairly for it cost to get the work done properly. And that means standing behind our work and offering excellent customer service.

If financing is an issue, we offer a range of partnerships that will finance repairs to installs.

We encourage our customers to shop for the best rates and prices and do what is best for their individual situation.

Do you make same day emergency calls?

We do our best to prioritize our calls. We are a small company and only have so many hands to do so much work. We apologize if we cannot get to you in the same day. We do the best we can with the hours in the day that we have.

We understand if you call someone else to get to you sooner. No one likes to be hot. We just ask that you contact us to cancel your work call and keep us in mind the next time you need HVAC service

Calls after 5 pm and on weekends will incur an additional 50$ fee

When is payment due?

Payment for all service work and installs is due upon the time of service. For larger jobs we may require a deposit.

We take cash, credit card, debit card, or check at time of service.
